DTCP is an investment management group with c. $1.7 billion assets under management and advisory from Deutsche Telekom and other institutional investors, and a portfolio of over 60 companies. The group provides venture and growth capital, private equity, and advisory services to the technology, media and telecommunication sectors. It operates and invests in Europe, the US and Israel. We are looking for a Manager Marketing, Communication & HR (m/f/d) at our headquarters in Hamburg to start as soon as possible.

Tasks:

You will manage all outward and inward facing communication and marketing efforts at DTCP and contribute to building DTCP’s investor base, brand and positioning globally. Additionally, you will coordinate the internal HR administration for our ~30 employees as well as recruitment processes. You will work in direct collaboration with the DTCP CEO and report to the VP Finance and Operations.

Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include the following:

  • Shape and evolve DTCP’s brand and communication strategy
  • Coordinate and prepare DTCP’s public events, publications, press releases and appearances
  • Coordinate and support fund-raising efforts and communication with investors
  • Evolve and maintain the DTCP website and social media efforts
  • Support investment professionals in selected (deal-related) communication efforts around our portfolio companies
  • Manage HR processes together with our payroll provider

Profile:

With a native or native-like command of spoken and written English and German, you ideally understand the alternative asset management space (Venture Capital, Private Equity, etc.). You have at least 4 years full-time work experience in a relevant function at either a finance or communications firm or at relevant departments of a large corporation. Furthermore, you have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor and/or master’s/PHD degree
  • Strong organizational skills, with high attention to detail
  • Expert proficiency in visualization and presentation tools
  • Self-assured and eloquent appearance in public as well in interaction with business partners
  • Desire and ability to work in a small and effective team environment
